We have incorporated golf into our Automation Software, achieving the easiest working and control system for professionals in the Golf Tourism Industry.

Golf Tourism has special needs and operational procedures.What kind of functions can be made with our program? Golf reservations are made for each client’s demand and needs. Golf Course contracts can be recorded with all the necessary conditions and price variations. Shuttles for customer between golf course and their hotels can be monitored using our system. All these settings are available with easy to use menus. In the “Definition” menu you can enter all the basic information for the “Reservation Record” screens. You can obtain these information pools whenever you like, using shortcuts. Exchange tables and Weather forecast report are also downloaded from the internet and monitored using our assistance programs in the software.

Each Golf reservation can be different according to client’s demands. For this reason, we created a records screen for Golf bookings that was designed to be flexible.Golf bookings are entered as a separate reservation card for each Golf course and for each client into the software. Using our “Golf Wizard” you can precisely and rapidly record all the necessary information. Package reservation entry for both buying and selling are also possible.

The “Passenger Traffic” section gives you the possibility of following up your registered clients where shuttle services, coach, guide plans can be arranged in the system.This screen allows access to changed shuttle times. Transfer rates are entered for the invoice arrangements.

In these reports you can quickly obtain a lot of statistics about hotel and tour reservations in a short time. Any choosen chosen statistic can be shown in graphical form, and saved as a slide which you can use in meetings and presentations.




It is easy to obtain the total pax number of golfers for a given period, which can be saved in graphical format.








You can send all reservations to the golf courses with “Cumulative Voucher Control”. The “ Confirm List” can obtain all reservation status in the software, that you can follow up. The ”Transfer Lists” has prepared especially for your operation , giving to your guide for shuttle transfer. The “Customer List” was developed to show detailed information containing all customer details, once a golf booking has been entered. You can also use it as a check list to send to the golf courses.




Golf course contracts are entered directly into the program.

In the “ Special Offer” menu you can also display your tee time based prices such as Early Bird, Twilight etc.

You can enter all your Golf Course extra expenses which are written in the contract. Both buying and selling price entries are also available.

The “Sub programs” can provide you with help for Exchange rates and weather forcasting. The “Weather Forecast” is important for the golfers to give them additional information which is needed. If there a suitable web site of weather forecasting, you can download automatically from the internet.

All individual, group and package golf reservations can be controlled in the invoicing section.Here you can check sales prices of golf courses and tour operators. It is possible to make records and compare your calculations with official golf course invoices in the “Invoice Control” section. In addition, you can save the invoice reports as Word file, PDF or Excel files.

When you have finished all data entries into the program, you can make calculations for golf course invoices both buying and selling. Also you can make calculations for buying and selling packet of golf course invoices.
